Citizen mediation is a group project that seeks to promote sound conflict management in the community through communication and dialogue.

Information may be conveyed by phone. No service is provided by phone or online.
The mediators are trained volunteers. Citizen mediation service is provided at the REPARS offices. Volunteers may also travel based on individual needs. Depending on availability, REPARS may have access to rooms at their partner’s premises.
Service in Spanish is not assured: it depends on the availability of volunteers.
