The Centre de justice de proximité de l’Outaouais is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote access to justice by providing legal information, support and guidance services. These services are provided free of charge, complementing existing resources and favouring citizen participation.

Services

The services of the Centre de justice de proximité de l’Outaouais are free for everyone and are provided by lawyers:

● Legal information enabling the citizen to understand the various legal situations of everyday life and to make informed decisions;

● Referral to various legal, community or other resources enabling the citizen to choose the service corresponding to his/her needs;

● Group sessions providing information on legal or justice-related topics. These sessions are available either to the general public or to organizations.

● Various documents available on-site (brochures, leaflets, guides, etc.).

Opening hours Without appointment : Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. | Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. | Fridays are reserved for service by phone, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Appointments are available for people with reduced mobility and employees of organizations accompanying users.
