The mission of the Association is to develop and promote family mediation and accredited family mediators, in Québec and abroad.
Services
● Referral service for finding a family mediator, information on the family mediation process and the family mediation service provided by the Québec Department of Justice. Available free of charge. Service provided by phone, by e-mail (info@mediationquebec.ca) or by visiting their website.
● The video « L’autre façon de gagner, la médiation familiale », illustrating within a dramatic framework the witness accounts of parents and children and professional intervention, the family mediation process as well as the reactions and needs of parents and children when faced with separation. Available on CD or VHS, in both French or English, for $ 25 including taxes and delivery.
● Video capsules providing information on family mediation. To view them, consult the website (www.mediationquebec.ca) Under the “Information for the public” tab, go to the “Family mediation” section.
