Services
● Legal information hotline on employment insurance. Available free of charge.
● Two-hour group information sessions on employment insurance. No additional information or steps will be provided prior to attendance at a session. Subsequently, anyone with additional questions or problems requiring intervention may meet a representative. Available free of charge.
● Remedies: Administrative review, representation before the Social Security Tribunal (general division and appeals division).
