The Centre d’Assistance et d’Accompagnement aux Plaintes is a regional independent organization. Mandated in 1993 by the Minister of Health and Social Services, it offers support to users who wish to file a complaint.
Services
To inform users of their rights and of the complaint process.
To help you prepare your case and write your letter.
To accompany you in meeting the person responsible for processing your complaint.
To provide support in other related procedures.
To refer towards other appropriate services.
To conduct presentations on user rights.
In all confidentiality, all our services are offered free of cost and with great importance given to quality
