Non-profit organization that advocates for the collective and individual rights of the elderly and serves as a voice in dealings with public authorities, protecting acquired rights and providing guidance, support and assistance in steps taken by vulnerable elderly people until their conflicts have been resolved.

Services

● “Legal clinic:” legal information service provided by law students supervised by notaries. For elderly people in areas of law that concern them such as wills, successions, mandates in the event of incapacity, contracts and leases. Available free of charge. Service provided in person by appointment.

● “Elder support” program: support to the elderly in resolving their problems, assistance in writing letters, forms and complaints, support in negotiating agreements, guidance in court, referrals and follow-up. Available free of charge. Service provided by phone. Participants also travel to meet the elderly.

● Monthly information workshops on topics affecting the rights of the elderly. Free for members of the organization, $5 per event for non-members. Phone for details.
