Non-profit community organization that defends citizens’ rights in the area of consumption. ACEF offers tools to citizens that enable them to find solutions to their debt situations; to assess their consumption choices more effectively; to acquire better budget planning habits; to consider the consumer society, avoiding pitfalls and viewing it from a new angle; to be involved in the defence of their individual and collective rights.
