We seek justice for asylum-seekers and refugees. We promote partnerships among refugees, faith communities and society at large for mutual empowerment. Through our programs we provide hope and assistance while raising awareness of refugee rights.
Services
Visits to the Immigration Holding Centre during which employees and law student-interns provide legal information to detainees on the reasons for their detention, on the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and on immigration procedures, especially with regard to applications for refugee status. Available free of charge. Service provided by phone and in person without an appointment at the Immigration Holding Centre.
