Services
● “Intervention en consummation” (consumption action): legal information and referral service on the rights of consumers and of people experiencing financial difficulty, help in writing legal notices. Available free of charge, subject to a $5 membership fee. Service provided by phone and in person by appointment.
● Individual budget consultation to clarify a difficult personal financial situation, information on creditors’ various remedies and on debt solutions. Available free of charge, subject to a $5 membership fee. Service provided in person by appointment.
● Group information workshops on consumption, budgeting, credit and debt, for members of ACEF de l’Outaouais. Fees apply for workshops, in addition to a $5 membership fee. Possibility of travel to organizations. Check the website or phone for details.
