• Information and referral services on the rights of consumers and people experiencing financial difficulty. Free. Service provided by telephone or in person, by appointment.

• Individual budget consultation for clearing up a difficult financial situation or planning personal finances. Free. Service provided in person, by appointment.

• Meetings on debt solutions. Group meetings. Intended for persons receiving government assistance and for workers. Information on the various remedies of creditors and debt solutions. Free. Phone for details and to register. Prerequisite for obtaining an individual budget consultation.

• Individual budget consultation for clearing up a difficult financial situation or planning personal finances. Free. Service provided in person, by appointment. For debt situations, it is necessary first to attend a debt-resolution meeting and to fill out a budget portrait.

• Information workshops on various topics related to budgeting, debt and consumption. Available to groups. We travel to see organizations requesting a workshop. Phone for details, and reserve a date. Presentation and per-kilometre charges.

• Budget tools and consumer guides. Publications on consumption and budgeting, $2 to $12 per copy, excluding postage. Visit the website to download the order form, and send it by post.
