The mission of BidSettle is to create technological tools and services to reduce costs and delays in justice. We automate procedures so that citizens and businesses can do part of the legal work themselves, at lower cost.
Our aim is to provide legal services that are automated AND that cost 10 times less by eliminating lawyer’s fees.
BidSettle is committed to being a social player, giving citizens access to low-cost legal solutions. BidSettle pledges to be transparent, to simplify legal information as much as possible and to be involved in the community. In this spirit, BidSettle will contribute 15% of its profits to projects devoted to improving access to justice.
Services
BidSettle gives you access to various affordable services to help you end your disputes. These include:
– Sending a formal notice.
– Negotiating a dispute online (free). If an agreement is reached, 2.5% of the amount will be billed to each party.
– Applying a small-claims assistance service using a turnkey application form, with the form reviewed by a lawyer.
– Using our “speak to a lawyer” service, with the lawyer agreeing to call the client back within an hour.
Other services are being developed based on requests from our clients with the aim of always offering you top service.
