Non-profit organization whose mission is supporting users dissatisfied with the public healthcare and social services system in the Chaudière-Appalaches region and helping improve the quality of care and services provided in the network, including private seniors’ residences.
Services
● “Complaint assistance and support:” information service on the Act Respecting Health Services and Social Services and on possible recourses. Help in drafting complaints and letters, guidance, support and referrals. For users of the public healthcare and social services in the Chaudière-Appalaches region or their representatives. Available free of charge. Service provided by phone and in person with or without an appointment.
● Legal information group sessions on users’ rights and the complaints procedure. Available free of charge. Possibility of travel to organizations. Phone for details, or fill out the information activity application form on the website.
