Autonomous community organization whose mission is supporting dissatisfied users of the public healthcare and social services system in the Capitale-Nationale (Québec City) region and to help improve the system’s services.
Services
● “Complaint assistance and guidance:” information service on users’ rights and on the Act Respecting Health Services and Social Services. Advice, referrals and information on possible remedies. Help with cases and with drafting documents for filing a complaint. Guidance and follow-up throughout the procedure. For users of the healthcare and social services system in the Québec City area. Available free of charge. Service provided by phone and in person by appointment.
