Promoting access to justice by fostering the participation of citizens through legal information, support and referral services provided in complement with existing resources. These services are provided free of charge, complementing existing resources and promoting citizen participation.
Services
The Centre de justice de proximité de Québec’s legal information services are free and confidential for all citizens, regardless of their income or the legal nature of their problem. In particular, their services include:
● Legal information enabling the citizen to understand the various legal situations of everyday life and to make informed décisions;
● Support and assistance in establishing the citizen’s legal needs and available options;
● Help to the citizen in choosing the appropriate legal form and providing explanations to fill it out properly;

Opening hours Without appointment : Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. | On appointment only: Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (To maximize your chances of meeting a lawyer, visit at least one hour before the centre closes.)
