Its mission is to bring together and support organizations for assistance and guidance in complaints (Centres d’assistance et d’accompagnement aux plaintes, or CAAPs) in fulfilling their mission, which aims to help people ensure respect for their rights in health and social services.

Services

● The professional advisors of the CAAPs (community organizations mandates by the government for this purpose) may provide information on users’ rights in health and social services and also offer public information sessions, in every region of Québec. These services are not provided by lawyers.
