Justice Alternative and Mediation’s mission is to develop and maintain a different practice in matters of justice for minors and stands out by an approach based on a large community involvement.
Services
● Offer mediation service by trained interveners. Anyone living a neighbour conflict, interpersonal conflict, conflict in a community organization or arguments, misunderstanding between a friend, relative and who wishes to participate in a mediation process can call, except in cases of family law. Available free of charge. Service provided in person by appointment.
● Workshops in schools are information workshops in which we address the Youth Criminal Justice Act, other different laws surrounding us and consequences for victims of criminal offences, all this interactively. Available free of charge. Phone for details.
● Enforcement of measures under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, guidance and support for youths in their victim and community redress procedure. For people involved in an offence committed by a youth under this act. Available free of charge. By referral only.
