Non-profit organization with the mission of getting the people involved in managing infractions, litigation and conflicts to participate as actively as possible in the settlement process, respecting the rights and dignity of all concerned.
Services
● Mediation: conflict-resolution assistance provided by trained mediators, in neighbourhood disputes, interpersonal conflicts and community disputes, other than family mediation. Available to all free of charge. Service provided in person by appointment.
● Legal information group workshops on the Youth Criminal Justice Act for educational institutions and youth centres. Available free of charge. Phone for détails.
● Enforcement of measures set out in the Youth Criminal Justice Act, guidance and support for youths in their reparations to victims and the community. For persons involved in an offence committed by a youth within the purview of this Act. Available free of charge. By referral only.
