● Group information workshops on the Youth Criminal Justice Act. For schools, youth centres and other organizations. Available free of charge. Phone for details.
● Enforcement of measures under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, guidance and support for youths in their approach to victim and community redress. For people involved in an offence committed by a juvenile under the terms of this Act. Available free of charge. By referral only.
Free service providing guidance in citizen mediation: confidential, quick and personalized. The following services are also provided free of charge to citizens in Laval:
• Conflict resolution and communication coaching sessions
• Facilitating dialogue in a group meeting
• Workshop sessions on communication, conflict management and living in harmony.
