Community organization intended for citizens when they are affected in one way or another by a conflict, dispute or violation of the law.
Services
● “Citizen mediation units:” service for help managing disputes, provided by meditators trained in neighbourhood, interpersonal and community disputes, other than family mediation. Available free of charge. Service provided in person by appointment.

● Guidance service for organizations; training and information workshops on instituting a dispute resolution service in an organization (Archipel program), in the community (Citizen Mediation program) or in a school or childcare centre (Passerelles program). Intended for organizations. Fees apply once an organization adopts a program. Phone for details, or visit the website.
● Training workshops in dispute management. Fees vary according to the type of organization making the request. Phone for details.
● Enforcement of measures under the Code of Penal Procedure; guidance and support to youths in their procedure. For people involved in an offence committed by a juvenile under this act. Available free of charge. By referral only.
