The RDDS is a non-profit organization providing services to anyone, with or without a job or on a low income, wishing to know their rights in last-resort financial assistance, employment insurance and labour standards.

Services

We inform, equip, defend and represent our clients in cases involving:
• Employment insurance
• Last-resort financial assistance and social assistance
• Private insurance
• CNESST (labour standards, pay equity and occupational health and safety commission)
• CDPJ (human rights and youth rights commission)

Services are provided free of charge. The organization accepts donations and sponsorships.
