The mission of Townshippers’ Association is to promote the interests of the English-speaking community in the historical Eastern Townships, to strengthen the cultural identity of this community; to encourage the full participation of the English-speaking population in the community at large.
Services
● Thanks to a long-standing collaboration with the Université de Sherbrooke’s Law Faculty, a third-year law student volunteers one day per week from September to April answering legal questions by phone, email, and in person by appointment, at Townshippers’ Sherbrooke office. This service is free, confidential and offered in English. Service provided by phone, e-mail (legalinfo@townshippers.qc.ca) and in person by appointment
