The Centre de justice de proximité de la Mauricie is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote access to justice by providing legal information, support, and referral services. These services are offered free of charge, in complementarity with existing resources and by promoting citizen participation.

Description des services

The services of the Centre de justice de proximité de la Mauricie are free for all and offered by lawyers:

● A general legal information service that allows citizens to understand the various legal realities they may face in their daily lives and to make informed decisions;

● Referring citizens to the various legal resources available in their region (government, community and institutional resources) likely to support them in their efforts;

● Group legal information sessions on legal and justice-related topics. These sessions are offered either to the general public or to organizations;

● Various documentation on site (brochures, leaflets, guides, etc.).
