Non-profit collective defence organization that brings together people hurt in work accidents and/or suffering from occupational diseases.
Description des services
Information on rights, support with procedures, explanation of the CNESST process, preparation of files and of people for the Tribunal administratif du travail (labour administrative tribunal). Information meeting every second Tuesday of each month. The first meeting is free. Membership is required subsequently ($50 annual fee). Service provided in person by appointment.
