Assist and guide, upon request, users in the James Bay area who wish to file a complaint with an institution, the agency or the ombudsman or whose complaints have been sent to the institution’s council of doctors, dentists and pharmacists.
Services
All services are free and confidential.
SERVICES FOR USERS
When you call upon our services, here is what we can do for you :
• Listen to you;
• Inform you of your rights, the complaints procedure and the steps to follow;
• Clarify the situation based on the procedure you have chosen;
• Identify with you the subject of the complaint, the resource being sought, the people concerned, the sections of the law and possible remedies;
• Plan with you the steps to be taken;
• Support you in formulating your complaint;
• Help you prepare your documents;
• Assist you in your procedure and guide you at meetings;
• Follow up your case with you and answer your questions throughout the procedure.
