Non-profit organization whose mission is supporting users (or their representatives) in the Mauricie and Centre-du-Québec regions to help them exercise their rights, express their healthcare and social services requirements and expectations, and thereby help improve the quality of services.

Description des services

COMPLAINT ASSISTANCE AND GUIDANCE SERVICE: Information service on the rights recognized in the Act Respecting Health Services and Social Services and the possible recourses. Preparation and drafting of complaints (non-judicial administrative complaints), guidance in dealings with the authorities handling a complaint, support for the complainant throughout the process and, if required, other referrals. Service for users of the healthcare and social services network and for people in private seniors’ residences. Free service, provided by phone or in person, by appointment.

LEGAL INFORMATION SESSIONS or presentations on users’ rights and the complaints procedure under the Act. Free service. Opportunity to meet people from the organizations.
